Processing Time

Thank you for choosing Dsphar. We want every part of your shopping experience to feel organized, secure, and completely transparent—especially when it comes to shipping. To make everything easy to understand, we’ve divided our entire shipping process into clear A–B–C style sections. Each part explains exactly how your order is handled, what timeframes to expect, and how we make sure your package reaches your doorstep safely.

A. Order Processing

  1. All orders begin with a standard 2–5 business day processing window. During this time, our team verifies your order details, confirms payment, and prepares your items for shipment.
  2. Processing includes product quality checks, packaging preparation, labeling, and final verification to ensure accuracy and care.
  3. Our business week runs Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays. Any order placed outside those days is handled the next working day.
  4. Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST automatically enter the next business day’s processing cycle so we can give your order full and accurate attention.
  5. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays begin processing the next available business day to maintain consistency and prevent rushed packaging.

B. Additional Processing Time for Special Orders

  1. Customized or personalized items—including custom names, artwork, or unique print requests—require an additional 1–3 business days. This extra time ensures design accuracy and careful production.
  2. Large or wholesale orders containing more than 50 units may require 7–10 business days, depending on stock levels, production capacity, and order complexity.
  3. These timelines account for the need to coordinate designs, manage higher quantities, and maintain strict quality standards.
  4. Same-day processing applies only to orders placed before 7:00 PM EST, and only when the items ordered do not require customization or bulk handling.

C. Shipping Carriers

  1. After processing is complete, your order is shipped using one of our trusted carrier partners: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or for certain regions, DHL.
  2. Carrier selection depends on factors such as your delivery location, package size, weight, and which service currently offers the fastest and most reliable route.
  3. Our priority is secure handling, consistent delivery times, and making sure your order reaches you in excellent condition.

D. Shipping Fee

  1. All domestic orders are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD.
  2. This fixed fee helps maintain high-quality packaging, safe shipping practices, and dependable transit times for all orders.
  3. Our flat-rate policy ensures that shipping is simple, predictable, and fair—no hidden charges or surprise fees.

E. Delivery Time

  1. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 5–12 business days, depending on your distance from the warehouse and the carrier’s workload.
  2. Customers in rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times due to extended transit routes.
  3. Weather conditions, local carrier delays, or national shipping surges may also impact transit time. While these delays are outside our control, we always monitor them closely to ensure the best possible delivery experience.
  4. Major holidays, high-volume shopping periods, and nationwide sales events—such as Black Friday or Christmas—may temporarily extend both processing and delivery timeframes.
  5. For holiday, birthday, or event-specific purchases, we strongly recommend placing your order 2–3 weeks in advance to avoid unexpected delays.

F. Shipping Restrictions

At the moment, we are unable to ship to:

  1. Alaska
  2. Hawaii
  3. U.S. Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, etc.)
  4. P.O. Boxes
  5. APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

These restrictions are based on carrier limitations and logistical considerations. As Dsphar expands, we plan to explore new shipping options in the future.

G. Tracking Your Order

  1. When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS, depending on the contact method you selected at checkout.
  2. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours after the carrier registers the first scan.
  3. During peak shipping seasons, tracking updates may take slightly longer to appear; however, once scanned into the carrier’s system, real-time tracking will begin.
  4. You can check your tracking link at any time to follow your package’s progress from our facility to your front door.

H. Holiday & Peak Season Notes

  1. During major holidays and high-volume periods, nationwide carriers often experience extended transit times.
  2. Weather conditions—such as winter storms or heavy rainfall—may also impact carrier speed, especially in certain states.
  3. Even expedited shipping options can encounter delays during peak months when carrier networks are overloaded.
  4. To prevent holiday or event-related delays, we strongly recommend placing your order early and planning ahead.
